My family usually enjoys this restaurant but I visited it two times in the last 2 weeks and each time the service was incredibly slow. The first time I created an online order and they did not start the order until after it was supposed to be picked up. I ended up waiting 30 additional minutes for my food. Also , it looked like they did not have enough chicken to complete the order so one entree only had maybe 6 very small pieces of chicken. The most recent visit I asked for some sauce for takeout. The kitchen staff ignored the order and eventually the person at the cash register filled the order. She looked like she had no training. I feel bad for her as she was wondering what she should do.

About 1.30pm today went for fast lunch. Place was not busy at all took 30 minutes to get pot stickers, spring rolls and texas roll. Employees were messing around and joking behind counter and one cook had long hair not pinned back. Spring rolls all fell apart and not as good when previously eaten here in the past. Its sad as the food here can be really good. Recommend employees to be thoroughly trained for food preparation and how to get it to the customer in a reasonable time frame. I hope mgmt can correct the issues in this establishment before it gets worse or too late. Castle rock is full of many restaurants to go and enjoy. Was not an enjoyable experience today.

I think it's pretty good. For a place that serves poke in the middle of the country of course it's not Hawaii. And they serve a variety of food to match preferences of your entire group. Exceeded my expectations for a fast food place. Plus they serve beer which every restaurant should do. Minus one star because the dishes were unnecessarily sweet.

Price to quantity ratio is a bit off. The staff was friendly enough, so this isn't a criticism of the location, but of the business. The food was good otherwise and was prepared quickly, meeting the specifications we had on the first try.

I am a Colorado native and have been coming to many of tj locations for years... The service is going downhill fast! I am at the Castle Rock location and was told in a very impolite way that my sushi order would take 20 to 25 min. It has now been 30 min and still no food. Furthermore, there are not that many customers!!!!! Won't be coming here again. Maybe they need training and they definitely all need customer service training!
